Progress Report: Operation VEGGIES

I've successfully been able to sneak veggies into the following dishes without them being detected by the kids' oh-so-refined palettes:

Hot Cocoa (w/ sweet potatoes)
French Toast (w/ sweet potatoes)
Pizza Sauce (w/ spinach)
Rice Balls (w/ sweet potatoes)
Quesadillas (w/ white beans and butternut squash)

I taste-test everything before serving it so I can adjust the amount of pureed veggies I add.
The addition of the pureed spinach to the tomato sauce definitely changed the color. Looks like total newborn baby shit. So that night, I did not let the kids make their own pizzas. :)

(Night #2 of make-your-own-pizzas with spinach-laden-baby-shit sauce. I *did* let he kids make them and GUESS WHAT????????? Hansel would not eat it. Bah!)

Otherwise, my evil plot mission of poisoning feeding my unsuspecting family vile healthy foods is working. MWAHAHAHAHA!
